Marlowe ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Quarry Pty Ltd, an Australian company. Marlowe provides AI-powered advertising management services for businesses ("Services").

When you use Marlowe, we may collect:

Account information: Name, email address, business name, phone number, and service area.
Meta account data: When you connect your Meta (Facebook) ad account via OAuth, we access your advertising data including campaigns, ad sets, ads, performance metrics, and lead form submissions. We only access data necessary to provide our Services.
Communication data: Messages sent via Telegram and email as part of our debrief and notification services.
Usage data: How you interact with our dashboard and services.
Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Manage and optimise your advertising campaigns on Meta platforms
Generate performance reports and daily debriefs
Respond to and manage leads on your behalf
Generate creative content and advertising recommendations
Provide customer support
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Improve our Services

4. Meta Platform Data

We access Meta Platform data solely to provide our advertising management Services. We:

Only access data you explicitly authorise via Facebook Login
Do not sell Meta Platform data to third parties
Do not use Meta Platform data for purposes unrelated to our Services
Store Meta access tokens securely and encrypted
Delete your Meta data within 30 days of account cancellation

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service providers: Stripe (payments), Meta (advertising), Telegram (notifications), and cloud hosting providers — only as necessary to deliver our Services.
Legal requirements: When required by Australian law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure token storage, and regular security reviews.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Request deletion of your data
Revoke Meta account access at any time via Facebook Settings
Cancel your subscription and data processing

9. Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us at hello@agentmarlowe.com. We will process deletion requests within 14 business days. You can also revoke Marlowe's access to your Meta account at any time through your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or Telegram.
