1. Agreement

By using Marlowe ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. Marlowe is operated by Quarry Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Marlowe provides AI-powered advertising management including:

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign management and optimisation
Performance reporting and daily debriefs via Telegram
Lead response and management
Creative content generation and recommendations
Competitor intelligence and market analysis

3. Account Requirements

To use Marlowe, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid Meta (Facebook) Business account
Have authority to grant access to the ad accounts you connect
Provide accurate business information
Comply with Meta's Advertising Policies

4. Meta Account Access

When you connect your Meta account, you authorise Marlowe to access and manage your advertising data. You can revoke this access at any time via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Revoking access will stop Marlowe from managing your campaigns.

5. Advertising Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your business, products, and services comply with all applicable Australian laws and Meta's Advertising Policies. Marlowe will not knowingly create or manage ads that violate these policies, but you remain ultimately responsible for the content and offers in your advertising.

6. Fees and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe
Ad spend is billed directly by Meta to your own ad account — Marlowe does not handle your ad spend
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. No Guarantee of Results

While Marlowe uses AI to optimise your advertising performance, we do not guarantee specific results including lead volume, cost per lead, return on ad spend, or revenue outcomes. Advertising results depend on many factors including your offer, market conditions, competition, and budget.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Marlowe's total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Marlowe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination:

Marlowe will stop managing your ad campaigns
Your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted
You can request immediate data deletion
Your existing ad campaigns will continue running on Meta unless you pause them

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Telegram at least 14 days before taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
